Notes: 2535 was named Stephen Parascandolo 1980-2007 at a special ceremony at Beckenham Junction on Saturday 21st October 2007. It is named after the webmaster of the Unofficial Croydon Tramlink website who tragically died at the age 26 following a road accident. 2547 is out of service long-term having last run 20th February 2019. It was moved from Therapia Lane and is being assessed to come up with a repair strategy. Not expected back in service before June 2023. 2551 was the tram involved in the tragic derailment at Sandilands and was moved off site for further investigation. 2552 was the first of the trams to receive the new London Tramlink livery and was officially unveiled on 6th October 2008. The remaining trams were dealt with over the following six months with the last tram being 2545 which was completed at the start of April 2009 (2534 lasted in the Red and White livery until October 2009 due to collision repairs). |

Notes: 2554 was the first Variotram to carry passengers when it did so briefly on Friday 30th March 2012. The tram carries a special advert livery for Croydon in recognition of the local Council part funding the new trams. 2554 is named after Stewart Grainger, a TfL engineer who died after being knocked off his bike in a hit and run incident on 30th May 2022. 2556 returned to Croydon on 24th January 2016 having been in Germany since 6th September 2015 receiving repairs to damage caused by the pantograph being ripped from its roof. 2556 was named on Thursday 26th October after John Evans, a Revenue Protection Inspector at Tram Operations who passed away from Covid-19 during the first lockdown in 2020. 2561 was out of service long-term following damage caused in a derailment after it was hit by a car on 30th January 2022. It returned to service somewhen between March and August 2024. |
