Barnbrook Systems \u2013 a family run business from Hampshire \u2013 is celebrating after winning an award at the recent Light Rail Awards and being highly commended in another category. The company was praised by the judges for its longevity and innovation when it walked away with the \u201cSupplier of the Year\u201d award and was highly commended in the Technical Innovation category.<\/p>\n
The Supplier of the Year category was split and Barnbrook won in the Under 10m Euro category for their design, manufacture and supply of products for the light rail industry. Meanwhile the commendation in the Technical Innovation category was given for the cutting edge Blue Cube device which can be used to intelligently monitor systems then remotely report in real time to identify safety, reliability and maintenance issues.
