Well if you do you have come to the right place as this is your one stop guide to heritage trams in the UK and Isle of Man! The next major highlight on our heritage tramway will be the Manx Heritage Transport Festival between Wednesday 30<sup>th<\/sup> July and Sunday 3<sup>rd<\/sup> August with the Manx Electric Railway playing a key role.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Beamish: The Living Museum of the North<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Current Status: Open daily<\/p>\n<p>Opening hours: 1000-1700 (last admission 1500)<\/p>\n<p>More info @ <a href=\"http:\/\/www.beamish.org.uk\/\">http:\/\/www.beamish.org.uk<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Birkenhead Heritage Tramway<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Current Status: Closed until further notice due to an electrical fire in the overhead supply. A free Tram replacement bus service will operate to the times below when staff and vehicles permit until repairs are carried out<\/p>\n<p>Operating hours: Services run from Taylor Street Museum at 1300 and then every half hour until 1630, returning from Woodside Ferry at 1315 until the last possible return at 1615.<\/p>\n<p>Next Special Event: Sunday 5<sup>th<\/sup> October \u2013 Bus &amp; Tram Show<\/p>\n<p>More info @ <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mtps.co.uk\/\">http:\/\/www.mtps.co.uk<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Blackpool Tramway<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Current Status: Operates Bank Holiday weekends and selected other dates until end of August.<\/p>\n<p>Next service:<\/p>\n<p>Saturday 23<sup>rd<\/sup>-Monday 25<sup>th<\/sup> August \u2013 a 3 tram service will operate, details to follow.<\/p>\n<p>More info @ <a href=\"http:\/\/www.blackpooltransport.com\/services\/heritage-trams\">http:\/\/www.blackpooltransport.com\/services\/heritage-trams<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Crich Tramway Village<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Current Status: Open Daily<\/p>\n<p>Opening hours: 1000-1730 (last admission 1600). At least 3 trams should be in service each day (subject to availability)<\/p>\n<p>Next special event: Saturday 9<sup>th<\/sup> &amp; Sunday 10<sup>th<\/sup> August \u2013 August 1940s Weekend<\/p>\n<p>More info @ <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tramway.co.uk\/\">http:\/\/www.tramway.co.uk<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Douglas Horse Tramway<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Current Status: Daily operation until September.<\/p>\n<p>Operating hours: First tram departs Strathallan at 0900 and then every 20 minutes until 1720. See below for details of when.<\/p>\n<p>The following services will run over the next few weeks:<\/p>\n<p>Until Sunday 31<sup>st<\/sup> August \u2013 Timetable D (14 departures per day starting at 0940 from Douglas \u2013 not all run all the way to Ramsey) Enhanced services will run on Thursday 31<sup>st<\/sup> July &amp; Sunday 3<sup>rd<\/sup> August in connection with the Heritage Transport Festival.
