A group of volunteers are to take part in a \u201cTramathon\u201d on Manchester Metrolink to raise money for the Delamere Charitable Trust, a local special educational needs charity. The event, due to take place on Thursday 29 May, will see the group of fundraisers travelling across the whole Metrolink network calling at each destination along the 48 miles of track.<\/p>\n

The Delamere Charitable Trust provides specialist educational support services for Jewish children with special educational needs, particularly those with social and communication difficulties arising from autism, ADHD, dyslexia and other similar disorders.<\/p>\n
Transport for Greater Manchester and Metrolink are supporting the daylong event which comes in the same week as \u00a33,400 was raised for The Christie and Francis House Hospice through the T68 Farewell trip on Monday.<\/p>\n
