Number <strong>227<\/strong> arrived two weeks after the previous delivery although it looks as if it won\u2019t be as long for the next delivery as part of the car park at Wilkinson Street has been cordoned off as it normally is when a low loader with a brand new tram on the back arrives from Alstom\u2019s Barcelona plant.
