Taking place at the TechnCentre in Coventry on 24th<\/sup> September 2026 it is being organised by Landor LINKS and Tram Network and is \u201ca bold new annual gathering for the people shaping the future of urban transport in the UK\u201d.<\/p>\n During the course of the day there will be a look at how light rail supports economic growth, regeneration and sustainable communities. Sessions planned on the day include some on funding, planning, innovation, delivery models and integrated transport.<\/p>\n Looking ahead to the event, James Hammett, UKTram Managing Director, said: \u201cThe publication of the Government\u2019s Integrated Transport Strategy has certainly reinforced the importance of place-based transport planning, and light rail has an important role to play in this. This event provides another great opportunity for the sector to share knowledge and explore new approaches.\u201d<\/p>\n Attendance will be limited to just 200 delegates with those who have the power to shape and deliver change being encouraged to sign up.
