This is all part of Supertram\u2019s commitment to strengthening innovation and operational efficiency. It will allow them to create a more seamless, paperless, and efficient working environment, reflecting the company\u2019s commitment to continuous improvement and technological advancement.<\/p>\n
As part of the upgrade, Supertram invested in a resource and demand expert to create new staff rosters aligned with tram timetables and operational requirements. Various schedules were developed and trialled to find the most effective approach. These improvements were integrated into the Optibus system and launched alongside the new technology, supporting smoother operations and enhanced workforce management.<\/p>\n
The addition of the Optibus Driver App has helped to centralise depot-driver communication and work information into a single digital platform, enabling staff to efficiently manage their schedules and complete tasks quickly. Designed to simplify daily operations, the app provides easy access to essential information, helping employees focus on their core responsibilities with greater ease and reduced stress.<\/p>\n
