In this latest pictorial article we take a brief look around the National Tramway Museum to see what was happening on Monday 27th<\/sup> April 2026. As well as seeing trams out on the mainline we also see the Workshop from above as well as views inside the Great Exhibition Hall. Keith Chadbourne with the photos.<\/p>\n

Two trams sit at Stephenson Place. Blackpool 236 was out on a test run whilst Sheffield 74 was one of the three service cars along with Blackpool 40 and London County Council 106.<\/p><\/div>\n

A very Blackpool dominated Workshop! Closest to the camera are the two major projects with Brush Railcoach 298 taking shape on the left and good progress being made with the roof of Centenary 645. On the left in the mid-distance we see Jubilee 762 which is having its repaired motor fitted ahead of commissioning for the season and then alongside is Box Car 40.<\/p><\/div>\n

The Brush Falcon continues to dominate the centre of the Great Exhibition Hall. Leicester 76 is the tram on the left with Bournemouth 85, Glasgow 1115, Blackpool 49, Blackpool 249 and Edinburgh 35 all lined-up on the right.<\/p><\/div>\n
