This event was around contractors and works and so the fairly recently restored 131 was an ideal exhibit to make the trip to the northeast. For much of the time during the event it was stabled in the main town street and that is where we catch-up with it on 15th April 2010.<\/p><\/div>\n<div id=\"attachment_62355\" style=\"width: 560px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/1b.131-gp.jpg\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-62355\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-62355\" src=\"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/1b.131-gp-550x367.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"550\" height=\"367\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/1b.131-gp-550x367.jpg 550w, https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/1b.131-gp-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/1b.131-gp.jpg 1260w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-62355\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Then on 14th September 2025, Cardiff 131 is firmly back home at what was then called the Crich Tramway Village (it had also enjoyed a four month period of operation in Blackpool ahead of the opening of the upgraded tramway in 2011\/2). Still looking exactly as it did 15 years previously we see the tram returning towards the depot on a soggy Tram Weekend day.
