It focussed on empowering women through wellbeing, confidence building, shared learning, and skills development.<\/p>\n<p>Sophie Allison, Managing Director at West Midlands Metro, said: \u201cI\u2019d like to thank Mo Harford-Bury, a Neurodiversity speaker from Momentum, Kate Gerald from KAG Training Consultancy, and Sophia Baker from Midlands Air Ambulance, our charity of the year, for their motivational words during a day that celebrates the huge contributions made by the female members of our team.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis year, we also set up a \u2018Give to Gain Corner\u2019 in our Wednesbury depot, where female colleagues can write what they hope to gain or achieve over the coming year.
