They were delivered as nine section trams as we see here. In this view the tram carries standard fleet livery but also includes adverts for Bord Gas Energy.<\/p><\/div>\n<div id=\"attachment_62196\" style=\"width: 560px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/2.5005-aa.jpg\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-62196\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-62196\" src=\"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/2.5005-aa-550x413.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"550\" height=\"413\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/2.5005-aa-550x413.jpg 550w, https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/2.5005-aa-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/2.5005-aa.jpg 1290w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-62196\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">5005 is an older tram being part of the batch of Citadis 402 trams which were built 2009\/10. This batch \u2013 which consisted of 26 trams \u2013 originally arrived from France as seven section trams but with additional capacity craved on the network they were extended to nine sections between 2019 and 2021. Its another tram with external advertising \u2013 Domino\u2019s Pizza in this case \u2013 as it works a service to Gleann Bhride (or Brides Glen in English) which is the terminus of the Green line.
