The congress will bring together senior leaders, operators and technical specialists to examine sustainability, operational efficiency and asset management.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Amongst some of the speakers will be Samantha Murat from KeolisAmey Docklands who will be presenting on \u201cThinking like a customer\u201d.
