The start of the 2026 season at the Crich Tramway Village is less than a month away and as preparations continue the special events for the coming year have also been announced.<\/p>\n

For enthusiasts the first check of the calendar is always when Tram Weekend is and this again is set to be held over the weekend in mid-September. The website currently gives this as Sunday 13th<\/sup> to Monday 14th<\/sup> September but presumably that is a small error and it will actually be Saturday 12th<\/sup> and Sunday 13th<\/sup> September. Expect the usual during that event with an intensive tram service, static tram displays and much more.<\/p>\n A recent addition to the calendar is back for 2026 as well with Tramlight (a premium event) happening on Saturday 7th<\/sup> and Sunday 8th<\/sup> November. This sees trams running after dark with special and magical lighting transforming the museum to end the season.<\/p>\n Other highlights will include Seaside Fun (23rd<\/sup> to 29th<\/sup> May).
