{"id":61395,"date":"2025-12-26T14:00:55","date_gmt":"2025-12-26T14:00:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=61395"},"modified":"2025-12-23T20:40:05","modified_gmt":"2025-12-23T20:40:05","slug":"in-pictures-llandudno-colwyn-bay-7-parades-for-christmas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=61395","title":{"rendered":"In Pictures: Llandudno &#038; Colwyn Bay 7 parades for Christmas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The last outing of Llandudno &amp; Colwyn Bay Electric Railway 7 for 2025 took place on Saturday 6<sup>th<\/sup> December 2025 with the tram taking pride of place in the annual Llandudno Christmas Parade.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The restored tram \u2013 which although it didn\u2019t actually run in North Wales is of a type from Bournemouth that several examples were transferred to the Llandudno and Colwyn Bay system following the closure of the south coast system \u2013 has often taken part in the Parade and 2025 was no different with the trusty Matador lorry once again hauling it along streets that trams once ran on.<\/p>\n<p>The Parade ran from Vaughan Street to Mostyn Street, past the Town Hall, Madoc Street and then back to Llandudno Railway Station.
