The second of our special photo series which will be running throughout December is \u201cAdverts They Wore 2025\u201d. Advertising liveries seem to split opinion, you either love them or you hate them but they are a major part of the modern tramway scene and still need to be recorded. In this series we will take a look at a selection of adverts which were carried during 2025 (not necessarily applied during that year).<\/p>\n

We start this series in Sheffield as we see the only new all over advert applied during 2025 on 115. This is really an internal promotion as it is telling everyone about all the Park and Ride sites that can be used by travellers across the network. This is the second Park and Ride livery in Sheffield (116 carries a different version) and has added some additional colour ever since it was added to the tram in January 2025. This is the second advert carried by 115 following one for JD Sports in late 2024. The tram is seen here as it comes off Holme Lane and approaches Hillsborough with a Blue route services to Halfway.
