Advert liveries on the West Midlands Metro that is, following the removal of a year-long advert which had been carried by <strong>58<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>58<\/strong> \u2013 the highest numbered tram in the current West Midlands Metro fleet lets not forget \u2013 had been carrying a black based advert for Birmingham City University since September 2024 but this had clearly been a year long contract as October 2025 comes and the vinyls have been stripped off.<\/p>\n<p>It leaves just one tram in the West Midlands Metro fleet which is carrying an advert and that is <strong>52<\/strong> which has the second advert for the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra (replacing a previous design carried on <strong>45<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>The advert for the City of Birmingham University had been <strong>58<\/strong>\u2019s second ad coming just a month after a short-term ad for KFC had been removed from the tram in August 2024.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_60452\" style=\"width: 560px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/58-sp.jpg\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-60452\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-60452\" src=\"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/58-sp-550x413.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"550\" height=\"413\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/58-sp-550x413.jpg 550w, https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/58-sp-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/58-sp.jpg 1290w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-60452\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">58 is seen here at Wednesbury Parkway with the full blue fleet livery shown once again for the first time in just over a year.
