As you’d expect with the name of the next station we are followed all the way on the right by the railway line whilst on the other side is Bankhead Drive which is served by Lothian Buses services 2, 32 and 36. Soon on the right, Edinburgh Park railway station appears. Opened in 2003 this basic modern station has two platforms and is mainly served by trains running between Edinburgh and Helensburgh Central, and Edinburgh and Dunblane. Looking the other side to the left is the extensive Hermiston Gait retail park.

The tramstop here has a platform either side of the tracks and once again there are shelters, seating, ticket machines, validators and all the information you need to complete or even start your journey.

Edinburgh Park railway station is on the right of this shot (with the stairs leading to the overbridge across the double-track railway line just visible through the windows) as we see 275 arriving at Edinburgh Park Station tramstop.
