Recently we have seen several short-term advertising contracts come to an end on Manchester Metrolink, but this time we bring news of a longer-term ad being removed. The advert on 3089<\/strong> had been in place for a year but has now come off again to see it back into the usual fleet livery of silver and yellow.<\/p>\n

The advert that 3089<\/strong> had been carrying since August 2024 was for Hits Radio. This was its third advert with previous designs for Dippy on Tour (January-December 2020) and Booking.com (August-December 2023) having also featured.<\/p>\n

This had been the third advert for Hits Radio \u2013 3066<\/strong> (May 2022-August 2023) and 3103<\/strong> (June-October 2018) being the others.<\/p>\n

A number of other trams have returned to fleet livery since having adverts removed in recent months and this is as good a place as any to get photos onto the fleet list! This is 3023 at Deansgate-Castlefield.<\/p><\/div>\n
