Organised jointly by UKTram and the LRSSB there will also be the chance to hear updates from both organisations.<\/p>\n<p>Key highlights of the agenda include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>UKTram Update from James Hammett, Managing Director<\/li>\n<li>Combined Smart Ticketing and Nexus Update \u2013 Andy Bairstow, Head of Business Change, Tyne and Wear<\/li>\n<li>Rough Sleeping on Public Transport \u2013 Saffron Gurden, Outreach Project<\/li>\n<li>Our Collaborative Plans \u2013 Elaine Clark, Rail Forum &amp; UKTram<\/li>\n<li>Empowering the Next Generation of Light Rail \u2013 Sam Riley, Young Rail Professionals<\/li>\n<li>LUAS System Update \u2013 Dave Rooney, Operational Director, Transdev LUAS<\/li>\n<li>Climate Change adaptation for tram and light rail \u2013 Rachel Harcourt, Department for Transport<\/li>\n<li>LRSSB Strategy and Activity Updates \u2013 Carl Williams, Laura Reardon, Mark Ashmore and Craig O\u2019Brien<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The event is fully booked and the waiting list is also at capacity. The UKTram are currently contacting all registered attendees to see if any further tickets become available.
