This comes following negotiations between union ASLEF and Tram Operations Limited (TOL) and will cover the backdated period from 4<sup>th<\/sup> November 2024 and then in 2025 and 2026.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The new deal sees the following pay increases agreed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4.5% backdated to 4<sup>th<\/sup> November 2024<\/li>\n<li>RPI % for November 2025 from 4<sup>th<\/sup> November 2025<\/li>\n<li>RPI % for November 2026 from 4<sup>th<\/sup> November 2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The RPI figure is announced just before Christmas and so this will be backdated once it is revealed.<\/p>\n<p>There are also some minor changes to terms and conditions as a result of this agreement which was reached without going to a vote of ASLEF members.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A new three year pay deal has been agreed for drivers working on London Trams.
