{"id":58829,"date":"2025-06-14T18:00:28","date_gmt":"2025-06-14T17:00:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=58829"},"modified":"2025-06-08T08:35:40","modified_gmt":"2025-06-08T07:35:40","slug":"around-the-world-in-trams-lille-420","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=58829","title":{"rendered":"Around the World in Trams: Lille 420"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As we stayed in East Berlin a bit longer than planned we have a few weeks left in June so rather than going to one new location, the rest of the month will see shots from across Europe, and we start in France.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>This photo was taken on 1<sup>st<\/sup> June 2009 and is at the De\u00fble Valley tramway in Lille. This runs for 3km from Marquette-lez-Lille to Wambrechies on a metre gauge line and is operated by AMITRAM, although seems to be currently suspended until further notice.<\/p>\n<p>But back in 2009 it was operational and 4-axle motor car <strong>420<\/strong> was in service as seen in this below image.
