And with this year\u2019s Show taking place 19<sup>th<\/sup> to 22<sup>nd<\/sup> June, the start of May has seen their latest design affixed to a tram \u2013 this year\u2019s tram being <strong>267<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>This year\u2019s advert is not too dissimilar to the one seen last year with similar artwork and like in 2024 it is a two-sided affair with one side being green and the other being orange. As has always been the case its not a full wrap but a partial advert which, as we are well aware now, means sections three and five of the tram have full coverage of vinyls with all the other sections just including ads above the windows.<\/p>\n<p>This advert becomes the eleventh to be carried by <strong>267<\/strong> and replaces a year-long advertising contract for Johnstons of Elgin. \u00a0Its first advert came back in September 2017 and was one of the many for C R Smith, this particular one being from Largs to Dundee and lasting until June 2019.<\/p>\n<p>There have now been seven adverts for The Royal Highland Show over the years, although initially they were more internal promotions encouraging people to take the tram to the event which takes place at the Royal Highland Showground located not too far from Ingliston Park and Ride.<\/p>\n<p>The previous Royal Highland Show ads have been on:<\/p>\n<p>261 \u2013 Edinburgh Trams promotion 2017<\/p>\n<p>276 &#8211; 2018<\/p>\n<p>272 \u2013 2019 &amp; 2022<\/p>\n<p>264 &#8211; 2023<\/p>\n<p>257 \u2013 2024<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_58321\" style=\"width: 560px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/1.267-rc.jpg\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-58321\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-58321\" src=\"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/1.267-rc-550x413.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"550\" height=\"413\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/1.267-rc-550x413.jpg 550w, https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/1.267-rc-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/1.267-rc.jpg 1280w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 550px) 100vw, 550px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-58321\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">The green side of the advert is seen here when the tram was standing at Newhaven.
