These latest works are in addition to the previous works announced during the month on the Rochdale line (3<sup>rd<\/sup> to 5<sup>th<\/sup> May), Bury line (10<sup>th<\/sup> to 11<sup>th<\/sup> May and 25<sup>th<\/sup> May to 1<sup>st<\/sup> June).<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday 11<sup>th<\/sup> May \u2013 Manchester Airport line<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track renewal works at Northern Moor<\/li>\n<li>There will be no trams between Sale Water Park and Manchester Airport all day<\/li>\n<li>The usual Airport line service will run Victoria to Sale Water Park only<\/li>\n<li>Bus replacement services will run (details to be announced)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sunday 18<sup>th<\/sup> May \u2013 Rochdale line<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track renewal works between Oldham Mumps and Derker<\/li>\n<li>There will be no trams between Freehold and Rochdale Town Centre<\/li>\n<li>Services will run East Didsbury to Freehold<\/li>\n<li>Bus replacement services will run (details to be announced)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All the details of current and forthcoming trackworks on Metrolink are available on the TfGM website at <a href=\"https:\/\/tfgm.com\/tram-improvement-works\/oldham-and-rochdale-works-may-2025\">https:\/\/tfgm.com\/tram-improvement-works\/oldham-and-rochdale-works-may-2025<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With a network the size of Manchester Metrolink there is always maintenance which is needed and the rolling programme of work is set to continue this May with more dates announced which will lead to service changes.
