This tram was built in 2006 and has remained as a five section vehicle along with 11 of its sisters.<\/p>\n<p>Place Massena is named after Andre Massena, a French military commander of the French Revolutionary Wars and the Napoleonic Wars who was born in Nice in 1758. It\u2019s the main square in the city and its layout was designed in 1843\/4 by Joseph Vernier.
