The latest survey by Mindfield Research for Nottingham Express Transit shows that there remains high levels of public support and satisfaction, with over 90% of locals staying they would recommend the tram network to family and friends.<\/p>\n

Mindfield Research, behavioural science experts, asked 1,200 people from a range of Nottinghamshire postcodes to conduct the survey, with the aim of finding out what people thought about the network to allow NET to inform their ongoing activity.<\/p>\n
Public trust in NET has also increased by 4% and passengers stating they were happy with the service provided, friendliness of staff and reliability of NET\u2019s service. Meanwhile, 82% of those who contacted NET customer services, rather their experience as good.<\/p>\n
Alison Sweeney, Head of Marketing at NET, said: \u201cWe\u2019re always really committed to ensuring we provide all our customers with the very best service, and each year we conduct this study to help inform how we can make positive changes that will have a real impact.<\/p>\n
\u201cIt\u2019s incredibly encouraging to see that public perceptions of the network have increased this year. The findings highlight just how much work we\u2019ve put into improvements across the board, with the introduction of new ticket types and passes, as well as our renewed commitment to safety and reduced fare evasion through our zero tolerance campaign which launched at the end of last year.<\/p>\n
