As part of their continued strategy to improve things for passengers, the West Midlands Metro have recently launched a customer satisfaction survey looking for comments about recent journeys on the network.<\/p>\n

The survey is open until Monday 9th<\/sup> December 2024 and to encourage people to complete it, anyone who does will be entered into a prize draw for a chance to win \u00a350 Amazon voucher.<\/p>\n

West Midlands Metro said: \u201cWe value your opinion and would love to hear about your recent tram journey with Metro. By sharing your feedback in our survey, you\u2019ll play an important role in helping us enhance the Metro experience for everyone.\u201d<\/p>\n
