This time there will be essential rail replacement work taking place around Conbrook.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>As a result of the works the following revised services will run:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Saturday 5<sup>th<\/sup> October<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bury to Ashton<\/li>\n<li>Altrincham to Old Trafford<\/li>\n<li>Etihad Campus to Bury (peak)\/Victoria (off peak)<\/li>\n<li>Rochdale Town Centre to Deansgate Castlefield via Exchange Square<\/li>\n<li>East Didsbury to Firswood<\/li>\n<li>Manchester Airport to Firswood<\/li>\n<li>Trafford Centre to Wharfside<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There will be no service on the Eccles line with all other services running every 12 minutes<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sunday 6<sup>th<\/sup> October<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bury to Ashton<\/li>\n<li>Altrincham to Old Trafford<\/li>\n<li>Etihad Campus to Victoria<\/li>\n<li>Rochdale Town Centre to Deansgate Castlefield via Exchange Square<\/li>\n<li>East Didsbury to Firswood<\/li>\n<li>Manchester Airport to Firswood<\/li>\n<li>Trafford Centre to Wharfside<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>There will be no service on the Eccles line with all other services running every 15 minutes<\/p>\n<p>There will be replacement bus services as follows on both days<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Firswood to Victoria<\/li>\n<li>Old Trafford to Piccadilly via Wharfside<\/li>\n<li>Eccles to Piccadilly via MediaCityUK<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Speaking about the works, Ian Davies, TfGM\u2019s Interim Network Director for Metrolink, said: \u201cThese works are a vitally important part of maintaining a safe and reliable network for all our customers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe work has been scheduled to minimise disruption to passengers and residents as much as possible \u2013 including keeping noise levels to a minimum.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cReplacement bus services will operate across the weekend, so people can still get to and from their intended destinations and I\u2019d encourage passengers to plan journeys and leave plenty of time to reach events over the weekend.
