This means trams run between 1000 and 1600 at 20 minute intervals (ending one hour earlier than the peak timetable) but that still gives plenty of time to enjoy a ride along the Axe Estuary. In this article we take a look at some September trams in operation.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>As well as the normal operating service, at the moment there is an added attraction at Seaton terminus \u2013 no. <strong>23<\/strong>. As we\u2019ve previously reported this is the original Claude Lane built tram which runs on a 15 inch gauge. Dating from 1948\/9 it has returned to Seaton (it made an brief appearance in Devon in 1995 for the 25<sup>th<\/sup> anniversary of the line) to go on display to showcase an important part of the history of what would become Modern Electric Tramways.
