The tram involved was <strong>3083<\/strong> which was bound for Ashton.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>In a statement Transport for Greater Manchester said: \u201cTransport for Greater Manchester and the Metrolink operator KeolisAmey Metrolink, this morning, worked with emergency services in response to a car and tram collision at Audenshaw. No injuries have been reported.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>3083<\/strong> suffered minor damage in the collision with its front bumper being removed.<\/p>\n<p>Whilst the incident was dealt with there were no trams between Velopark and Ashton-under-Lyne for around two hours from mid-morning.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Manchester Metrolink services were disrupted between Ashton-under-Lyne and Velopark for a time on Sunday 18th August after a car and tram collided close to The Snipe.
