Its time to make another return to the Crich Tramway Village as we take a look at the trams running there on Sunday 7th<\/sup> July. This was a special event day at the museum with the Classic Motorcycle Day taking place and that meant that it was not just a standard three tram service. Steven Hughes paid a visit on this day.<\/p>\n

It was a five tram service with everything having a roof of some sort which is probably sensible at the moment with the Great British \u201csummer\u201d we are currently all enjoying! The five trams were Chesterfield 7<\/strong>, Blackpool 40<\/strong>, Blackpool 167<\/strong>, Leeds 180<\/strong> and Sheffield 510<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

And that \u201csummer\u201d we are talking about has definitely been in evidence here as the ground is wet with Blackpool Standard 40 passing the depot entrance on its way down to Town End.<\/p><\/div>\n

The sun is now out as 40 sets off on another journey up to Glory Mine. It passes fellow Blackpool car, Pantograph 167 which waits to be called forward to the loading stop.<\/p><\/div>\n

Chesterfield 7 was also in service again and we see it here passing the depot entrance again as it heads back down to brings its journey to an end.<\/p><\/div>\n

7 has pulled up behind Leeds 180 here as the pair are at Stephenson Place between duties.<\/p><\/div>\n

Inside the depot and it\u2019s a very much Blackpool scene here with Toastrack 166 on the left, Brush 630 in the centre and back right is Boat 236.
