Illuminations \u2013 tick. Balloon Car \u2013 tick. It doesn\u2019t get much more Blackpool than this! Its October 1978 and very much in Illuminations season and <strong>Balloon 708<\/strong> is getting ready to head off north with an Illumination Tour on the centre track \u2013 although it doesn\u2019t appear that many, if any, passengers have yet to board the tram.
