Its just coming up to the 4mph speed restriction board for the Larkholme Lane\/Avenue crossing \u2013 today that is light controlled.<\/p>\n<p>The tram is <strong>Balloon 702<\/strong> which has trolley pole, single destination indicators, 1970s fleet livery and in between deck adverts for CIS Insurance. The rear bench seat on the top deck is occupied and it looks like there are a number of people who want to go to Fleetwood for the day.
