This marks the 131<sup>st<\/sup> season of operation for the line between Derby Castle and Ramsey with the first services having run back in 1893.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Timetable B was in operation for the first day and this will be used on operating days up until Easter. This timetable requires three car sets (either single motors or motor and trailer depending on demand) and includes six round trips between Derby Castle and Ramsey (first departure from Derby Castle at 0940, final departure at 1510 and first departure from Ramsey at 1110 and last return at 1640). There is also a single Derby Castle to Laxey trip.<\/p>\n<p>This timetable will be running Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays until 27<sup>th<\/sup> March and then also on Thursday 28<sup>th<\/sup> March. After that timetable B won\u2019t be seen again until the end of October!<\/p>\n<p>The first day of service saw <strong>Tunnel Car 7<\/strong> (which was the first of all) along with Winter Saloons <strong>20<\/strong> and <strong>22<\/strong> in action.
