Whilst the most high-profile tram collection in the northeast of England is at Beamish with their fleet of trams also operating around the museum tramway, there is, of course, also another set of trams in the region. These are at the North East, Land, Sea and Air Museum under the auspices of the North East Electrical Traction Trust and includes trams from Blackpool as well as further afield.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The North East Land, Sea and Air Museum is open every day of the week except for Mondays between 1000 and 1600. Admission is \u00a36.50 for adults, \u00a33.50 for children (5-15) and concessions (60+). There is also a Family Ticket (2 adults and 2 children) for \u00a318.00.<\/p>\n

As well as the trams \u2013 which now share a building with the Made in Sunderland exhibition featuring Nissan cars \u2013 the museum also has an eclectic collection of aircraft, military vehicles, buses and many other vehicles too.<\/p>\n
