F is for Flexity2"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We continue with our random A-Z and the letter F comes next.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Chosen for this letter is Flexity2 \u2013 the class of tram which Blackpool chose for their new era when the tramway was upgraded, opening in 2012. Built by Bombardier in Germany, 16 trams were originally ordered for the tramway with a \u00a0further two following in 2017 in preparation for the opening of the Blackpool North Railway Station extension.
