This will see the museum offering tram, trolleybus and railway rides with special lighting displays also in place to bring festive cheer to all who take the trouble to visit.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The first \u201cRide the Lights\u201d took place on Saturday 2<sup>nd<\/sup> December \u2013 with very cold temperatures having hit the UK \u2013 and further dates are set to include Sunday 3<sup>rd<\/sup>, Saturday 9<sup>th<\/sup>, Sunday 10<sup>th<\/sup>, Saturday 16<sup>th<\/sup> and Sunday 17<sup>th<\/sup> December. Since arriving at the museum last month, 634 has had its traction circuits tested and moved under its own power for the first time. It has also completed several test runs under full line voltage.
