We are again aiming to feature all heritage tramways and which trams have run in service during this calendar year and to qualify the tram has to have run with passengers on board so private hires count but testing does not. Normal operation resumes April 2024.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Manx Electric Railway<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Motors: 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 9, 14, 16, 20, 21, 22, 32, 33<\/p>\n<p>Trailers: 19, 40, 41, 42, 44, 47, 48, 49, 51, 54, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62<\/p>\n<p>Works Vehicles: Freight Trailer 26, Works Car 34<\/p>\n<p><em>The 2024 season on the Manx Electric Railway will get underway from 12<sup>th<\/sup> March 2024.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Seaton Tramway<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 15, 16, 19<\/p>\n<p><em>The Polar Express Tram trip takes place on selected dates from late November to Christmas, for ticket holders only. Post Christmas trams will run 27<sup>th<\/sup> December 2023 to 1<sup>st<\/sup> January 2024 with the 2024 season getting underway from 10<sup>th<\/sup> February 2024.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Snaefell Mountain Railway<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1, 2, 4, 5<\/p>\n<p><em>Services on the Snaefell Mountain Railway resume on 19<sup>th<\/sup> March 2024.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Statfold Barn Railway<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Burton &amp; Ashby: 14<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summerlee Museum<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The tramway remains closed and has not run since late 2022.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Volk\u2019s Electric Railway<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10<\/p>\n<p><em>Services resume Easter 2024<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Wirral Heritage Tramway<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Birkenhead: 69, 70<\/p>\n<p>Liverpool: 245<\/p>\n<p>Wallasey: 78<\/p>\n<p><em>The tramway remains closed whilst a takeover of the infrastructure is completed by Big Heritage and maintenance works take place on the tramway.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Information is believed correct up to and including Monday 6<sup>th<\/sup> November 2023. This list is intended to show those trams which have run in some form of passenger service during 2023 (and thus does not include those on test\/driver training) and is as accurate as possible, although errors may have occurred.
