Heading in the opposite direction is class 150 DMU 150 277 which is being operated by Northern. Built by BREL York these DMUs were introduced in 1986-7 with many still in use both by Northern and other companies across the UK.<\/p>\n
\u201cTrams &\u201d today includes a tram alongside a train on the Supertram Tram-Train route.<\/p>\n

This photo was taken at Rotherham Central which is currently the only intermediate stop on the Tram-Train route out to Rotherham Parkgate. As its also a railway station there should be plenty of opportunities to catch photos of a train alongside a tram although obviously things have to be just right for that to happen.
