{"id":51339,"date":"2023-10-15T17:00:41","date_gmt":"2023-10-15T16:00:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=51339"},"modified":"2023-10-14T20:30:37","modified_gmt":"2023-10-14T19:30:37","slug":"trams-edinburgh-trams-258-cruise-ship","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=51339","title":{"rendered":"Trams &#038;: Edinburgh Trams 258 &#038; cruise ship"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Throughout this series we have featured trams both heritage and modern alongside other forms of transport, more often than not its been a bus but we think this might be a first as it\u2019s a tram along with a cruise ship!<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>One of the big pluses from a photography point of view of the Trams to Newhaven extension in Edinburgh is that for part of the route the trams skirt alongside the water at Leith giving some unique photo opportunities. And one such opportunity was afforded on 24<sup>th<\/sup> June when the GT 28,258 cruise ship \u201cSilver Shadow\u201d was docked at the Port of Leith Cruise Liner Terminal.
