It was built in 1989 for Riga and although it has moved between depots during its time in service it has remained operational ever since it first carried passengers. It is still part of the operating fleet in 2023.<\/p>\n<p>When seen on 8<sup>th<\/sup> June 2015 <strong>35196<\/strong> is working with another tram on route 7 heading to Dole.
