The East Anglia Transport Museum\u2019s big summer event this year was the Big Bus Bash which took place for two days on Saturday 8th<\/sup> and Sunday 9th<\/sup> July. As the name probably suggests to you the focus of the weekend was buses with many resident and visiting buses in action, including trips around the local area. But we are British Trams Online<\/em> so the interest in this article is the trams which were running and on the day of Kevin Bartolf\u2019s visit there were three in service at various times.<\/p>\n

Those three trams were the ever reliable Blackpool 159<\/strong> along with Sheffield 513<\/strong> and Blackpool 11<\/strong>. The usual tramway operation was used with two trams out at any one time with one heading into the woods whilst the other waited and then they reversed roles.<\/p>\n
