This is part of a campaign to raise awareness of the issue of suicide and to bring a change in the approach, how we talk about it and how those affected by it are supported.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Suicide is the UK\u2019s biggest killer of men and women under the age of 35 and its hoped that this campaign will raise awareness to prevent this affecting more families in the country.<\/p>\n<p>Sophie Allison, West Midland Metro\u2019s Interim Managing Director, said: \u201cWe are delighted to be able to support the Baton of Hope by welcoming it onto our tram as it travels through the city, and we\u2019re wholeheartedly behind the campaign\u2019s aspirations for a zero-suicide society.
