{"id":50094,"date":"2023-06-27T21:00:56","date_gmt":"2023-06-27T20:00:56","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=50094"},"modified":"2023-06-27T19:59:50","modified_gmt":"2023-06-27T18:59:50","slug":"in-pictures-track-maintenance-works-start-on-west-midlands-metro","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=50094","title":{"rendered":"In Pictures: Track maintenance works start on West Midlands Metro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>As we\u2019ve recently reported the last weekend of June and first weekend of July are seeing maintenance works take place on the West Midlands Metro which will hopefully eradicate some temporary speed restrictions which have been in place. Services are continuing to operate whilst the work takes place but at a reduced frequency.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The two main areas of work are due to be at the Dartmouth Street and Dudley Street stops with the first weekend (24<sup>th<\/sup>\/25<sup>th<\/sup> June) seeing work on one side of the tracks and the second (1<sup>st<\/sup>\/2<sup>nd<\/sup> July) the other track.
