All the information here is given in good faith but you are advised to check before travelling any significant distance with the organisations\u00a0involved.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Beamish, The Living Museum of the North <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Open daily between 1000 and 1700 with trams operating each day round the Museum circuit.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Birkenhead Heritage Tramway<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Trams will operate during the summer school holidays Wednesdays to Sundays. First tram from Woodside Ferry at 1300, last tram departs Woodside Ferry to Depot at 1630.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Black Country Living Museum<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Open daily between 1000 and 1700 with one tram in service.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Blackpool Tramway<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Heritage Tram service will operate again over the upcoming Bank Holiday weekend (24th \u2013 26th August) with star attractions including the return to service of freshly repainted <strong>Boat car 602<\/strong> and static tram displays on Blundell Street, featuring different non-operational trams on each day. Full details of the provisional allocations can be found at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=4739\">http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=4739<\/a>. There will also be a private tour, organised by the Fylde Tramway Society,\u00a0on the evening of Tuesday 27th August with.<\/p>\n<p>From Sunday 1st September the service then reverts to running nightly during the Illuminations with the majority of journeys in the hands of <strong>Western Train 733+734<\/strong>, <strong>Frigate 736<\/strong> and <strong>Trawler 737<\/strong> supplemented by members of the\u00a0heritage tram\u00a0fleet.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Crich Tramway Village<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Now open daily until 3rd November. Museum is open between 1000 and 1730 with trams operating daily.<\/p>\n<p>Next Special Event: Classic Transport Gathering\/\u2019Alice in Woodland\u2019, on 25th &amp; 26th August, with an enhanced tram service also expected to operate on both days.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Douglas Horse Tramway<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Operating daily until Sunday 15 September. First tram departs Strathallan (by the Manx Electric Railway terminus) at 0900 with departures every 20 minutes (with slightly longer frequency over lunch) until 1720. Trams return from the Sea Terminal at 0920 and then every 20 minutes (with a longer frequency over lunch) until 1740.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">East Anglia Transport Museum <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Museum is open every Tuesday (1300-1700), Wednesday (1300-1700), Thursday (1300-1700), Saturday (1300-1700) and Sunday (1100-1700, except during special events) until 1<sup>st <\/sup>September.<\/p>\n<p>From 5<sup>th<\/sup> September the Museum is open every Thursday (1300-1700), Saturday (1300-1700) and Sunday (1100-1700) until the end of the month.<\/p>\n<p>Next special event: End of Season Gala on 14th &amp; 15th September, with all available trams, trolleybuses and other vehicles operating over the weekend and evening vehicle rides until 2100 (Saturday only).<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Great Orme Tramway<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Services run daily every 20 minutes between 1000 and 1800 until the end of September.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Heaton Park Tramway<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The tramway operates every Sunday, with trams running 1200-1700 until the end of September. The main service tram is currently <strong>Stockport 5<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Manx Electric Railway <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Operating daily until Sunday 6th October. Timetable D (14 departures from Douglas between 0940 and 1640) is now in operation until Sunday 1 September. Evening services will run on all Wednesdays and Fridays during this period.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Middleton Railway \u2013 Leeds<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Leeds Horse Car 107<\/strong> will be launched over the August Bank Holiday weekend at the Middleton Railway during their Festival of Railway 2013.<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday 24<sup>th <\/sup>August <strong>107 <\/strong>will be on static display only.<\/p>\n<p>On Sunday 25<sup>th <\/sup>August <strong>107 <\/strong>will undergo test running between 0930 and 1030 for crew training and familiarisation. Subject to the successful completion of this it will then give rides to the public from 1100 to 1300 and 1400 to 1700.<\/p>\n<p>On Monday 26<sup>th <\/sup>August it will be giving public rides between 1100 and 1300 before the official public launch with the Lord Mayor at 1400. Public rides will then again be provided until 1700.<\/p>\n<p>Rides on <strong>107<\/strong> will cost an extra \u00a32 on top of the standard admission price to cover for the hire of a horse.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Seaton Tramway<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Open daily until the start of November.<\/p>\n<p>The main summer service is now in operation and should run to the following pattern until Sunday 1 September:<\/p>\n<p>Sundays-Thursdays: Red timetable \u2013 every 20 minutes, first departure Seaton 1000, first departure Colyton 1030, last departure Seaton 1700, last departure Colyton 1730<\/p>\n<p>Fridays &amp; Saturdays: Purple timetable using the \u201cEastbourne trams\u201d <strong>2<\/strong>, <strong>4<\/strong>, <strong>6<\/strong>, <strong>8<\/strong>, <strong>12<\/strong> \u2013 every 20 minutes, first departure Seaton 1000, first departure Colyton 1030, last departure Seaton 1700, last departure Colyton 1730.<\/p>\n<p>In addition every\u00a0Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 26 July to 8 September will see special Dinosaur Train departures from Seaton at 1100, 1240 and 1400.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Snaefell Mountain Railway<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Operating\u00a0daily until Sunday 6 October with timetable D (every half hour between 1015 and 1545) in operation until Sunday 1 September. Evening services run every Wednesday and Friday for Summit Restaurant diners.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Summerlee \u2013 The Museum of Scottish Industrial Life<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Museum\u00a0is open daily between 1000 and 1600.<\/p>\n<p><em>The information provided above is given in good faith and is correct to the best of our knowledge.
