Ahead of entering service in 2012 it underwent some work to return to it original condition which included the removal of windscreens, becoming the only Boat Car to run like this in the UK at the present time. This shot shows the tram outside Rita\u2019s Tea Rooms on its launch day \u2013 which needless to say took place in the rain!
