So, if you are fed up with staying at home and feel that you need some tram action take a look here to see just what sort of service is being operated.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Blackpool Tramway<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Saturday 24<sup>th<\/sup> December: Normal timetable with final trams at 2000 from Starr Gate and returning from Fleetwood at 2105<\/p>\n<p>Sunday 25<sup>th<\/sup> December: No service<\/p>\n<p>Monday 26<sup>th<\/sup> December: No service<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday 27<sup>th<\/sup> December to Friday 30<sup>th<\/sup> December: Normal timetable<\/p>\n<p>Saturday 31<sup>st<\/sup> December: Normal timetable with final trams at 2000 from Starr Gate and returning from Fleetwood at 2105<\/p>\n<p>Sunday 1<sup>st<\/sup> January 2023: No service<\/p>\n<p>A normal service on the trams resume from Monday 2<sup>nd<\/sup> January 2023<\/p>\n<p><strong>Docklands Light Railway<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Saturday 24<sup>th<\/sup> December: Journeys should be completed by 2230<\/p>\n<p>Sunday 25<sup>th<\/sup> December: No service<\/p>\n<p>Monday 26<sup>th<\/sup> December: First trains will run from 0830 with a reduced service in operation<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday 27<sup>th<\/sup>, Wednesday 28<sup>th<\/sup>, Thursday 29<sup>th<\/sup>, Friday 30<sup>th<\/sup> December: Saturday service<\/p>\n<p>Saturday 31<sup>st<\/sup> December: Saturday daytime service. There will be a special all-night service.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday 1<sup>st<\/sup> January 2023: Sunday service<\/p>\n<p>Monday 2<sup>nd<\/sup> January 2023: Saturday service<\/p>\n<p>Normal timetables resume from Tuesday 3<sup>rd<\/sup> January 2023<\/p>\n<p><strong>Edinburgh Trams<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Saturday 24<sup>th<\/sup> December: Normal service with trams every 7 minutes until 1900 and then every 10 minutes until the end of service<\/p>\n<p>Sunday 25<sup>th<\/sup> December: No service<\/p>\n<p>Monday 26<sup>th<\/sup> December to Thursday 29<sup>th<\/sup> December: Normal service with trams from every 7 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Friday 30th December: Normal service with trams every 7 minutes until 1200. Trams will then run from Airport to West End only (every 3-5 minutes from 1630 for 1872 Cup at Murrayfield).<\/p>\n<p>Saturday 31<sup>st<\/sup> December: Trams running Airport to West End from every 7 minutes. Free all night trams from midnight to 0500 (running every 15 minutes).<\/p>\n<p>Sunday 1<sup>st<\/sup> January 2023: Trams run Airport to West End until 1000 then normal service between Airport and St Andrew Square from every 7 minutes<\/p>\n<p>Normal timetables will resume from Monday 2<sup>nd<\/sup> January 2023<\/p>\n<p><strong>London Tramlink<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Saturday 24<sup>th<\/sup> December: Normal service with a reduced evening service<\/p>\n<p>Sunday 25<sup>th<\/sup> December: No service<\/p>\n<p>Monday 26<sup>th<\/sup> December: Sunday service with disruption expected between Dundonald Road and Wimbledon due to national rail strike action<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday 27<sup>th<\/sup>, Wednesday 28<sup>th<\/sup>, Thursday 29<sup>th<\/sup> &amp; Friday 30<sup>th<\/sup> December: Sunday service<\/p>\n<p>Saturday 31<sup>st<\/sup> December: Sunday service during the day. A special overnight service will run.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday 1<sup>st<\/sup> &amp; Monday 2<sup>nd<\/sup> January 2023: Sunday service<\/p>\n<p>Normal timetables resume from Tuesday 3<sup>rd<\/sup> January 2023<\/p>\n<p><strong>Luas<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Saturday 24<sup>th<\/sup> December: Services will end at 2000<\/p>\n<p>Sunday 25<sup>th<\/sup> December: No service<\/p>\n<p>Monday 26<sup>th<\/sup> December: Sunday frequency from 0900<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday 27<sup>th<\/sup> December: Sunday service<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday 28<sup>th<\/sup> &amp; Thursday 29<sup>th<\/sup> December: Saturday service<\/p>\n<p>Friday 30<sup>th<\/sup> December: Sunday service<\/p>\n<p>Saturday 31<sup>st<\/sup> December: Saturday service plus Night Luas (hourly services between 0100 and 0300 on Red and Green lines)<\/p>\n<p>Sunday 1<sup>st<\/sup> January &amp; Monday 2<sup>nd<\/sup> January 2023: Sunday service<\/p>\n<p>Normal timetables resume from Tuesday 3<sup>rd<\/sup> January 2023<\/p>\n<p><strong>Manchester Metrolink<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Saturday 24<sup>th<\/sup> December: Saturday service with final trams between 2000 and 2100. Rail strikes mean that after 1800 services to Altrincham will terminate and start from Timperley with a replacement bus service.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday 25<sup>th<\/sup> December: No service<\/p>\n<p>Monday 26<sup>th<\/sup> December: Sunday service with all services to Altrincham terminating and starting from Timperley because of rail strikes \u2013 replacement buses to Altrincham. Access to Piccadilly Metrolink stop is only via Fairfield Street.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday 27<sup>th<\/sup> December: Sunday service with services to Altrincham until 0700 terminating and starting from Timperley because of rail strikes. Enhanced service will run for Manchester United v Nottingham Forest.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday 28<sup>th<\/sup>, Thursday 29<sup>th<\/sup> &amp; Friday 30<sup>th<\/sup> December: Normal service<\/p>\n<p>Saturday 31<sup>st<\/sup> December: Saturday service with enhanced service for Manchester City v Everton. Last trams from city centre at 1800-1830 with last trams from outer termini around 1830-1900. Due to strike action the last Tram-Train service will be 1600 ex-Cathedral and 1631 ex-Rotherham Parkgate.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday 25th December: No service<\/p>\n<p>Monday 26th December: Special service from 0800-2100. Yellow route runs Meadowhall to Middlewood every 20 minutes and Festive Blue runs Meadowhall to Halfway every 20 minutes. No Purple route or Tram-Train service will operate and no trams will run to Malin Bridge.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday 27th to Friday 30<sup>th<\/sup> December: Saturday service. The first Tram-Train service will be 0800 from Cathedral and 0831 from Parkgate due to railway strike action.<\/p>\n<p>Saturday 31st December: Saturday timetable with early finish. Last trams from city centre at 1800-1830 with last trams from outer termini around 1830-1900.<\/p>\n<p>Sunday 1st January 2023: Special service from 0830-1900. Yellow route will run Meadowhall-Middlewood every 30 minutes, Tram-Train will run Rotherham Parkgate-Cathedral every 30 minutes and Blue route will run Halfway-Cathedral every 30 minutes.
