{"id":47565,"date":"2022-12-16T18:00:32","date_gmt":"2022-12-16T18:00:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=47565"},"modified":"2022-12-16T19:22:14","modified_gmt":"2022-12-16T19:22:14","slug":"picture-in-time-manx-electric-railway-22-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.britishtramsonline.co.uk\/news\/?p=47565","title":{"rendered":"Picture in Time: Manx Electric Railway 22"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Having spent the past few weeks at Derby Castle Sheds our final 1977 image from the Isle of Man goes back outside.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>There are many classic images on the Manx Electric Railway \u2013 with a lot them have little changed over the years \u2013 and this photo shows one of them at Port Jack. With Douglas Bay in the background <strong>Winter Saloon 22<\/strong> is climbing away from Douglas having just passed the parade of shops which at the time appears to have included an arcade.
