As can be seen at this time 8 was the \u201cpink tram\u201d (the original tram to carry this colour scheme) with not much escaping the pink paintbrush! It has now received a pleasing repaint into a Bristol blue and white livery having been replaced as the \u201cpink tram\u201d by the larger capacity 11. The tram is just calling at the new Riverside Halt which had only opened a few weeks previous to this image.
