Edinburgh Trams and Gyle Shopping Centre are now joining forces to give families the chance to go on a magical journey from Gyle Centre to St Andrew Square on Sunday 4th<\/sup> and Monday 5th<\/sup> December. Father Christmas himself will be travelling on the tram with children set to receive a goodie bag and selection box on the journey.<\/p>\n The Gyle Santa Express will run as follows:<\/p>\n Tickets cost \u00a35 for 1 adult and 1 child with additional adults costing \u00a33.50. All proceeds go towards the Edinburgh Trams charity of the year \u2013 Breast Friends & Family. Tickets can be purchased in advance from http:\/\/www.edinburghticket.com<\/a>, they can then be downloaded onto a smart device or printed out before being shown to a staff member at Gyle Centre tramstop. The ticket also allows you to travel back on any tram from St Andrew Square to Gyle Centre.<\/p>\n Lea Harrison, Edinburgh Trams Managing Director, said: \u201cWe always want to bring the festive spirit to our network and there\u2019s no better way to do it than by inviting Santa to ride with us.
