Our brief visit to the Oldrimer Museum in Rugen, Germany comes to an end today as w feature one final tram to be on display the museum.<\/p>\n

That trams is another which has run on a couple of different systems in Germany and now carries the number 218<\/strong> 036-7<\/strong> which was its final number when running in Berlin. However, it started off life in Dresden as no. 1733<\/strong> in 1963 and would remain in service there for just five years. It moved to Berlin in 1968 where it was renumbered 8037<\/strong> and then just two years later in 1970 it was renumbered to 218 036-7<\/strong>. It retained that number when running in Berlin until 1995 at which point it was withdrawn and sent to Prora for display at the museum.<\/p>\n Unlike others in this series of images from Prora though, its display at the museum is actually outside with it being used as a ticket office.<\/p>\n
